Refund policy

All orders are final sale. Refunds are not issued for any sales rendered. If you believe your extensions are unsatisfactory, please email us at info@houzofcheveux.com within 48 hours from time of delivery to issue a claim. If eligible, only then a store credit will be issued. Should any store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If eligible to be returned, hair extensions must be in original condition: tied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed and/or tampered with in any manner. Items that do not meet those requirements are not eligible for a store credit, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition.
